In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not meet the terms of the contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact form info@hayalabs.es, facilitating product data and the damage suffered, in some cases be asked to send us pictures of the damage.
Upon receipt of the notification, we will contact you to inform you about how to proceed, and that courier agency should.
Please return the item using their original boxes, instructions, documents and wrappings that can accompany it.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time whether any refund or replacement thereof (if any). The refund or replacement item shall be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days from the date we send you an email confirming that comes the return or replacement of nonconforming items.
In the case that you can not replace or products, the amounts paid for products that are returned because of any fault or defect, where one exists, will be refunded in full, including costs incurred to deliver the item delivery and the costs that you incurred to return it to us.
Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transport costs, reimbursement will not be returned if the return is partial. The refund will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase by bank transfer to an account where the holder is the same person who made the order, or through a discount voucher for a future purchase.
